Do I need a water source at the event location?
While it is best to have a water hose hookup at the event location, the trailers include a fresh water tank if needed.
Do I need an electricity source at the event location?
Ideally, we will connect the trailer to AC power at the event location using a standard extension cord. This provides the air conditioning/heating and lighting. But if no electricity is available at your venue, you may use a generator (additional cost). Please talk to us about the specific requirements for generator use.
Do I need to stock the toilet paper, paper towels or hand soap?
No, the trailer comes fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and everything you need to have a comfortable restroom experience.
When will the trailer arrive at our event?
The week of your event, we will schedule a convenient time to deliver and setup the trailer 1-2 days prior to your event start.
Do I need to clean the restrooms after the event?
Nope! We will take care of the clean up after the event or at regular intervals during a long-term rental. Please note that an additional fee will be assessed for any broken or damaged items.
What days can I rent the restroom trailer?
Our trailers are able to be rented any day of the week whenever they are available. Fill out the form to get a quote and see if your event dates are available.
Are your restroom trailers wheelchair accessible?
We do offer trailers with ADA compliant accessibility and ramps. Be sure to choose this option on the quote form.
For how long can I rent the restroom trailers?
Our minimum rental period is one day but you can rent it as long as you like.
For what kind of events can I rent the restroom trailer?
Anything, really! If you think you need it, we’ll deliver it. We commonly have requests for weddings, festivals, concerts, backyard parties, sporting events, corporate events, construction sites and more.
Do you deliver to my area?
Short answer is, yes. Our free delivery area is within 200 miles of our location. But, let us know your needs and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
